Vertict: Gorgeous, sexy bra, lots of support and great quality. Will be buying more VS Sport Bras, but look for the ones with no padding.
- Lifts and separates
- Creates two boobs
- Stays in place
- Cute Details
- Nice Color
- Clasp in back instead of front sides
- Difficult to get on and off – more difficult than a t shirt
- Too much padding for my taste – too much cleavage
- Boobs stick up and out instead of pushed down against your chest
I was delighted to receive my Victoria’s Secret Sport Bra in the mail. Being a fan of the quality and size selection of Victoria’s Secret I was excited to try their new Sport Bra design.
The new line of sport bras from Victoria’s Secret comes in a range of sizes small and large. I was shipped my correct size 32B. The bra fit like a glove and was also quite sexy. The bra works very hard to lift, separate and push those babies out. This bra makes my boobs look fantastic; so what’s the problem?
The problem is that I am not at the gym to show off my boobs – I am at the gym to work out. I prefer a sport bra that smashes my boobs to my chest so those boulders are not in the way. The Victoria’s Secret Sport Bra feels cumbersome. The padding gets in the way when I am trying to lift weights. Also, it shows a lot of cleavage, while I am no prude, I personally don’t like showing off my cleavage when I work out. It distracts me okay – I can’t stop looking at my cleavage! If I was going to the gym to pick up guys, I would definitely wear the Victoria’s Secret Sports Bra! I am not being factious, I would actually wear this bra to pick up guys at the guy if I needed to – no shame in that. There is very light but not removable padding throughout the cups. I would feel a little better in this bra if I could take the padding out and not look like Pamela Anderson when I am working out. On second thought, I might wear this bra on my next date.
The second drawback is the clip in the back. The clasp has a small bit of padding, but if I am doing an exercise where I am laying on my back and sliding around ;), the bra can dig into my back or come unclipped. For example, shrimping in jujitsu – You would’t want to wear this bra for jujitsu. When I do exercises on the ball my bra clasp always gets me – EVERY TIME. I do a lot of ball exercise and I don’t want a bra with a back clip. I wish the clips were at the side of the sport bra where my ribs are located.
Despite a couple of drawbacks, this Sport Bra is very well made, extremely comfortable, supports your breasts and makes your boobs look amazing. It is definitely a feminine Sport Bra that I think would make any woman feel sexy and amazing with just their Sport Bra on.
If I ever have to be caught with just a Sport Bra on I would definitely pick the Victoria’s Secret Sport Bra because it is so gorgeous. The bra is true to their brand – flirty, sexy and feminine.
– I didn’t test this bra running. Since I don’t run anymore I am not going to test the bra running, but when I was a runner obviously support was very important. Support while running is much different than any other activity. Did anyone test their VS Sport Bra while running?
